Dear Colleagues,
The Family Medicine & Polyclinics Department is pleased to announce the opening of the new Urgent Care Center (UCC), located on the third floor of the Outpatient Building. The center operates 24/7 and is dedicated to supporting the hospital’s efforts to streamline the flow of urgent cases and enhance the efficiency of emergency care services.
The UCC provides care for non-critical urgent medical conditions for patients of all ages, without requiring them to go through the Emergency Department. This helps reduce waiting times and significantly improves the overall patient experience.
For patients who initially present to the Emergency Department, the medical team will conduct a preliminary evaluation and redirect stable cases to the UCC, ensuring timely, accurate care in the most appropriate setting.
